It's so good that I found this culinary site. In Abkhazia, I ate adjika and it’s called “Abkhazian butter” there, but when I cooked it myself, I didn’t get such a unique taste. The only spice mentioned in this recipe is coriander. But it seems to me that a whole bunch of special spices should be added there. And tomato paste must be replaced with fresh tomatoes. Otherwise the taste won't be the same. When I decide to cook, I will definitely publish step-by-step preparation photos here. This is a good recipe, but it needs to be improved. On this site I found recipes for preparing very interesting dishes, I wonder how they will turn out.
