I didn’t add Parmesan and herbs; I used dried basil and black pepper as spices. After boiling the noodles, I put them on plates and added mushrooms and sauce on top. It turned out very tasty! Sour cream became a good base for the sauce and perfectly set off the taste of the champignons; its sourness was completely unnoticeable. It would be nice to add a pinch of rosemary and a little black pepper for flavor. Black pepper would highlight the flavor of the mushrooms and also add a little spice to the dish.
