My daughter and I wanted to make pizza for breakfast. This can only be done quickly in a frying pan. We found a suitable recipe in our bookmarks called “quick and easy classic one-minute pizza in a frying pan.” The name is tempting, we decided to check what would happen) I had experience making a similar pizza, but in that recipe the dough base was turned over to the other side, and then the filling was laid out. But in this recipe the cooking method is different, everything is laid out at once, so I was very worried that the dough would remain raw. Nevertheless, we kneaded the dough for one pizza, and my daughter did this. And I cut the sausages and grated the cheese. The sausages were not fried. Everything was done according to the description. My homemade ketchup is sweet and spicy, I also added a mixture of herbs. Bake covered for 20 minutes. During this time the dough baked perfectly! Moreover, the base turned out to be soft, not “rubbery”. The pizza turned out great, juicy, filling, the cheese is deliciously stretchy) We will make this pizza again!
