STEP 1
How to make Minute pizza with sour cream in a frying pan? Very simple. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Take the highest grade flour. Oil - any vegetable oil. Sour cream is suitable with a fat content of 15-20%. Eggs and sour cream should be at room temperature, so remove them from the refrigerator in advance.
STEP 2
In a bowl with a mixer, beat the eggs with salt until fluffy.

Add sour cream at room temperature and beat again.

STEP 5
Depending on the moisture content of your sour cream, the size of the eggs, or flour, you may need more or less. Therefore, focus primarily on consistency. You should get a viscous, slightly flowing dough.
STEP 6
Now prepare the filling. You can replace the sausages with sausages, sausage or ham. You can use any tomatoes. I have cherry tomatoes. If you have regular tomatoes, cut them into slices. Choose tomatoes that are juicy but firm. Soft fruits do not hold their shape well; during cutting and cooking, they will spread into a shapeless mass and spoil the appearance of the dish.
STEP 7
Peel the sausages from the factory film and cut into circles.
STEP 8
Grate the cheese on a coarse or medium grater. Any cheese is suitable for this dish - hard, semi-hard, soft, like mozzarella. STEP 10
Grease the sides and bottom of the frying pan (Ø 24-26 cm) with vegetable oil. I had enough fat left after frying the sausages, so I cooked with it. Pour the dough into the bottom and smooth it out. Gently spread ketchup over the dough, not reaching 1 cm from the edges. Sprinkle Provençal herbs on top.
STEP 11
Spread the fried sausages over the entire surface of the dough.

Sprinkle sausages with grated cheese. Scatter cherry tomatoes on top.
STEP 13
Place the pan over low heat, cover and cook the pizza for 10-15 minutes or longer until the dough is cooked through and the cheese is melted. The exact time depends on the operating characteristics of your stove and the selected frying pan.
STEP 14
