STEP 1
How to make chicken fillet with mushrooms in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients. You can cut up a whole chicken and leave the pieces with bones, or you can use chicken fillet. That's exactly what I did. You can use breast or drumstick meat as chicken fillet. For frying, I like to use chicken drumstick meat - it is juicier than breast meat. Take medium-sized champignons. Onions and carrots must be peeled and washed. Any mushrooms.
STEP 2
Rinse the chicken fillet under running water and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Then cut the meat into long strips.
STEP 3
Wash fresh champignons and cut into 4 pieces.
STEP 4
For frying, take a comfortable frying pan with a flat bottom. Heat it until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Add the chopped chicken and fry it over medium heat until lightly browned. Don't forget to stir it periodically so that it doesn't start to burn. Then add chopped champignons to the meat.
STEP 5
Peeled vegetables - onions and carrots - must be chopped. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and chop the onion. Add onions and carrots to the frying pan with the meat and mushrooms. Mix everything. Add a little salt, spices and chopped garlic. As a spice, chicken seasoning and a little ground pepper are great. Fry everything together over low heat for 10-15 minutes. During this time, the chicken will be completely cooked and the vegetables will become soft.
STEP 6
Delicious and aromatic chicken with mushrooms is ready! You can supplement it with any side dish or fresh vegetables.
