STEP 1
How to make potato zrazy with mushrooms in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Peel the potatoes and rinse them to remove dirt. Any mushrooms can be used. I have wild mushrooms, which are boiled in boiling water for 25-30. You can use champignons instead. Rinse them well.
STEP 2
Pour water over the peeled potatoes, put on the fire and bring to a boil. Salt it a little. Cook for minutes until done. The potatoes should become soft.
STEP 3
Drain the hot water from the finished potatoes and mash them with a potato masher. Then cool the potatoes.
STEP 4
Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Finely chop the mushrooms and onions. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the mushrooms and onions for 5-7 minutes. Add some salt. Cool the finished mushroom filling.
STEP 5
Add egg and flour to cooled potatoes. Stir.
STEP 6
With wet hands, form a small cake and make a depression in it. Place some mushroom filling in the center. Place more potatoes on top and seal the edges.
STEP 7
Shape the potato zrazas and roll in breadcrumbs.
STEP 8
Fry the zrazy in a hot frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Cook them over low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
STEP 9
While they are roasting, you can prepare the sauce for them. Mix sour cream, dill and a little garlic.
STEP 10
The finished potato zrazy will turn an appetizing golden color and have a crispy crust. Serve them hot, topped with garlic sauce. Bon appetit!
