After that, I turned down the heat and added the filling. My sauce consists of homemade ketchup and a drop of mayonnaise. I took melted cheese in slices. Then boiled sausage and tomatoes. I didn’t use olives, I just don’t like them) I cooked the pizza under the lid, determined readiness by the cheese and the condition of the sausage, and also looked at the underside of the base. The pizza came off the pan easily and onto the plate. After that, I garnished with purple onion rings and parsley. I will draw a conclusion: the cake certainly does not look like a classic one, it resembles a savory pancake. But this is not a classic pizza) The taste is excellent! I really liked the pizza, my student son also liked it) It seems to me that if the crust is not turned over, then the dough and filling will not have time to bake.
