Pizza in a frying pan without sour cream and kefir in 10 minutes
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make pizza in a frying pan without sour cream and kefir in 10 minutes? Easily! Start making pizza by kneading the jellied dough. Take large, selected eggs. Mayonnaise with a fat content of 67%, preferably not very fluid, the denser the better. Flour of the highest or first grade.
STEP 2
Combine eggs and mayonnaise in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
STEP 3
Add the sifted flour, salt to taste and mix again. Please note that it may take you more or less flour than mine. Focus on the consistency of the dough.
STEP 4
You should get a viscous, flowing, homogeneous dough without lumps.
STEP 5
Now prepare the filling. In addition to the indicated ingredients, you can use other fillings to taste: sausage, ham, mushrooms, olives, etc. My pizza is completely vegetable. You can replace ketchup with ready-made tomato sauce or prepare another one to taste. Below the recipe there is a link to a catalog of pizza sauces.
STEP 6
Cut the tomatoes into slices or circles. I used multi-colored tomatoes for color. Choose tomatoes that are juicy but firm. Soft fruits do not hold their shape well; during cutting and cooking, they will spread into a shapeless mass and spoil the appearance of the dish.
STEP 7
Cut the bell pepper into strips or slices. I have peppers of two colors to make the pizza more beautiful.
STEP 8
Grate the cheese on a coarse or medium grater. Any cheese is suitable for this dish - hard, semi-hard, soft, like mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.
STEP 9
Grease the sides and bottom of the pan with vegetable oil. Pour the dough onto the bottom and smooth it out. It is very important to choose the right frying pan so that the dough does not stick to it - with a thick bottom and walls and a Teflon coating. The diameter of the bottom of my frying pan is 20 cm, but you can take a little more.
STEP 10
Carefully spread tomato ketchup over the dough, not reaching 1 cm from the edges. Since the dough is quite liquid, I spread the sauce using a silicone brush.
STEP 11
Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the dough. If you wish, you can leave some cheese for the top of the pizza.
STEP 12
Spread the prepared filling over the entire surface of the dough.
STEP 13
Place the pan over low heat, cover with a lid and cook the pizza for about 15-20 minutes. After 10-15 minutes, check the dough for readiness. and if necessary, keep it on the fire a little longer. The bottom of the pizza should not burn and easily come away from the pan.
STEP 14
Place the finished pizza on a plate, cut into pieces and serve immediately. Bon appetit!
