STEP 1

How to make delicious homemade zucchini pizza in a frying pan? Prepare all the necessary ingredients to make zucchini pizza in a frying pan. Wash and dry vegetables and herbs. You can prepare mayonnaise yourself, or replace it with sour cream or white natural yogurt.
STEP 2

Grate the cheese on a medium grater and sprinkle on top of the pizza. The cheese should melt well. Hard cheese can be replaced with mozzarella or parmesan.
STEP 8

Cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for 7-10 minutes. The cheese should be completely melted and the edges should begin to brown. Remove from heat, sprinkle with herbs and serve immediately while the cheese is soft.
