Honestly, I was thinking about where to put a glass of kefir that no one wanted to finish) I started looking using “search” and using the available products. The search returned several options, among which was this mini pizza in a frying pan. I love recipes like this, you can use up a variety of leftovers and turn them into a delicious snack. Knead the dough until it has the consistency of thick sour cream. And in the filling I put sausage, cheese, tomatoes, and added a little green onion of my own for a variety of color and a little spice. The spices are a freshly ground mixture of peppers, it is very aromatic, and not too much heat, just perfect. The pancake pizzas fried very quickly and immediately puffed up and bubbled in the pan. By the way, I first heat the frying pan with oil very high, spoon out the dough and immediately turn down the heat. Thanks to this technique, any pancakes acquire a beautiful crust. The mini pizzas turned out airy, tasty, juicy and aromatic. It really tastes like real pizza, even the hot cheese stretches out. We ate it both hot and cold, and it was both delicious!
