Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Use premium flour. The egg will suit any size. Remove the kefir and egg from the refrigerator an hour before cooking. For the dough to turn out well, they must be at room temperature. Choose cheese that melts well. Sausage - the one you like best. Instead of kefir, you can use sour milk.
STEP 2
Take a large deep bowl in which it will be convenient to mix the dough with the filling. Pour kefir into it.
STEP 3
Wash the egg with special soap for food, dry it with a towel or napkin and break it into a bowl with kefir. Add salt and beat with a fork or whisk until smooth.
STEP 4
Sift half the flour into a bowl to sift out small debris and oxygenate the dough. Stir until smooth. Next, add flour little by little until you reach the desired consistency. The dough should turn out like sour cream.
STEP 5
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Remove the sausage from packaging and cut into small cubes. Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stems and dry with a towel. Cut them into small cubes. With such cutting of products, the filling will be distributed evenly and the mini pizzas will look neat. Place the crushed ingredients into the bowl with the dough.
STEP 6
Add pepper and soda, stir to start the reaction.
STEP 7
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Pour a tablespoon of dough into the pan and carefully spread it out, forming a round cake. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
STEP 8
Place the finished mini pizzas on paper towels to remove excess oil.
