Scarlett Thomas

From a young age, the kitchen was a sacred place for me, where the aromas of herbs and fresh vegetables created coziness. I remember baking pies with my grandmother, and this warmth united our family. Every recipe is a story told through flavors, and I strive to show that cooking is something everyone can do. Traveling around the world, I was inspired by different cuisines, absorbing their richness and diversity. My goal is to make cooking simple and joyful, so that everyone can find a piece of themselves in this process and by creating dishes they can gather dear people around the same table.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Swiss Hotel Management School.
