STEP 1
How to make Charlotte cupcakes? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take eggs C1 or C0. Any oil without odor. Remove the eggs from the refrigerator 1.5 hours before. In order for the dough to turn out successfully, they must be at room temperature. Choose medium apples. You can make your own powdered sugar by grinding the sugar in a coffee grinder. STEP 2
Rinse the apples, wipe dry with a towel and remove the core and seeds. Cut them into small cubes. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees so that it has time to warm up.
STEP 3
Take a deep bowl in which it will be convenient to mix dry and liquid ingredients for the dough. Wash the eggs and break them into a bowl. Add sugar and vegetable oil. Beat with a mixer or whisk. Be sure to whip until light and fluffy foam, so that the cupcakes turn out airy and fluffy.
STEP 4
Sift the flour into a separate container to remove small debris and saturate the dough with oxygen. Add baking powder to the flour and stir until it is evenly distributed throughout the flour. STEP 5
Add flour little by little to the liquid component of the dough and mix with a spoon or spatula gently in one direction so as not to disturb the airy structure of the beaten eggs.
STEP 6
You may need a little less or more flour, depending on the consistency of the dough. Add flour until the dough has the consistency of very thick sour cream.
STEP 7
Divide the apples into 2 parts. We will place one part on the top of the cupcakes, leave it aside. Add the second part to the dough and mix thoroughly so that the apples are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
STEP 8
Use muffin tins for baking. Silicone ones, like mine, or special paper ones, you don’t need to lubricate them. If made from a different material, grease it with a little oil. Fill them 2/3 full with dough. Place the apples on top and press them a little into the dough. Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180C.
