I have long wanted to make apple muffins (cupcakes). Our family loves baking with apples. I mostly stuck to the recipe. I only added 170 grams of sugar. In my opinion, it turned out so sweet. But everyone has different tastes))) I peeled the skins of the apples. I baked 6 cupcakes in two silicone molds. I placed each cupcake in a paper mold. I always do this, it's very convenient. The cupcakes turned out absolutely wonderful. Soft, aromatic, with a crispy sugar crust. I laid out a little more dough than the author advises; I wanted to fit all the dough into my molds so that I could bake everything at once. As a result, we got a crispy “cap” on top))). I really liked the idea of ​​placing some of the apples on top of the cupcakes rather than mixing all the apples into the batter. It turns out very beautiful. The recipe is simply amazing! I added cinnamon, and after cooking I let it cool and sprinkled with powdered sugar 😌 It turned out to be incredible soft rosy cupcakes 🙏🏻Thank you to the author for the recipe, I’m attaching the photo 👩🏼‍🍳

The cupcakes turned out just gorgeous. The dough was airy and tasty, and most importantly, it didn’t fall (for me it sometimes falls or just doesn’t rise). It turned out to be 6 pieces.
