  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make quick pizza in a frying pan with mayonnaise and eggs? Prepare your food. First for the test. You may need a little more flour, depending on its consistency.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

You can put any products you like or have on hand into the filling. I took smoked sausage, tomato, pepper, olives and cheese. Mushrooms, cucumbers, boiled meat, and sausages are also suitable. Choose only ready-made products that do not require long-term heat treatment.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Beat the egg into a bowl, add mayonnaise to it. Add a pinch of salt, but do not overdo it, as mayonnaise already contains salt. Mix the egg and mayonnaise with a fork until smooth.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add flour mixed with baking powder in portions. Knead the dough with a fork. It should become quite thick, but still sticky. I used a little more flour, about 1 tablespoon.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Take a frying pan with a non-stick bottom. Drop some vegetable oil on it. Use your hand to spread it along the bottom. With the same greased hand, take the dough and knead it evenly into a thin layer. I have a frying pan with a diameter of 24 cm, just enough for all the dough.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Grease the dough with ketchup. You can use tomato sauce instead. Sprinkle spices on top if desired, I used oregano.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Sprinkle it over your pizza base. You can divide the cheese in half, leaving one half for the top of the pizza.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Cut the tomato into thin rings.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Pepper - also in rings or strips. I have sliced sausage, if you have a whole one, then cut that too.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

    Cut the olives into rings.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Place slices of sausage, tomato and pepper on the cheese. Scatter the pieces of olives between them.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Place the pizza pan on low heat. Cook it for about 5 minutes, then cover the pan with a lid.

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

Determine if the pizza is ready by looking at the dough - it should be firm on top and golden brown on the bottom. Serve it immediately to the table, cutting it into pieces. You can garnish the pizza with fresh green basil, arugula or other herbs.

  14. STEP 14

    STEP 14

    Bon appetit!

I really liked the recipe for quick pizza in a pan with mayonnaise and eggs! In general, I love dishes like this, when a minimum of time and effort is spent, but the result is a great yummy dish. I have always made pizza in a frying pan from liquid dough, but this one is quite thick. It’s just easier to distribute it with your hands lubricated with vegetable oil. It was just enough for my 24 cm diameter frying pan. I added a drop of mayonnaise to the sauce for more juiciness. I cut the sausage, tomato and pepper into small pieces, it’s easier for us to eat. We don't like olives, so I didn't add them. And I poured a lot of cheese, when melted it stretches so deliciously! I fried the pizza covered until the base was browned. I didn’t even expect that the dough would turn out so porous and rise well. Simply a wonderful base! The filling is very juicy. My husband and daughter didn’t even realize that the pizza was not baked in the oven). I’ll take this recipe as a basis and “fry” pizza with different toppings. Thanks for the great recipe! I recommend to all!
