Continuing to stir, add flour and salt. Stir until smooth. The dough is ready.

Let's prepare the filling. We cut all the ingredients into any shape, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 6

We need a frying pan with a thick bottom and walls (in other words, in which your pancakes or pancakes will not stick to the surface, otherwise you will not be able to turn the pizza over). Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Then pour out all the dough and quickly smooth it over the surface of the pan with a spoon. Cover with a lid and fry the dough over medium heat, like a large pancake.
STEP 7

When the bottom is fried, set the pan aside, take one large or 2 thin spatulas and carefully turn the fried side up. Lubricate the fried side with tomato paste, tomato sauce or ketchup.
STEP 8

Lay out all the chopped ingredients for the filling. I have tomatoes first, then sausage, green onions and cheese on top of everything.
STEP 9

Return the pan to the preheated stove, reduce the heat, cover with a lid and wait for the cheese to melt. Don't forget to lift the bottom of the pizza and make sure it doesn't burn. If the bottom is already ready, but the cheese has not yet melted, then turn off the stove and leave the pan with the lid closed, waiting for the pizza to be ready.
STEP 10

Quick kefir pizza is ready! You can remove it completely, also using 2 spatulas, or cut it into portions in a frying pan and then take it out in separate pieces and place it on a dish.
STEP 11

The thickness of the pizza will depend on the diameter of the bottom of the pan. I cooked in a frying pan with a diameter of 19 cm, the dough turned out to be about 1.2 cm high. If you want a thinner pizza, use a frying pan with a larger diameter or reduce the amount of ingredients for the dough.
