STEP 1
How to make lavash pizza with sausage and cheese in a frying pan? Prepare your food. Even yesterday's lavash will do; it will still get soggy in milk - a convenient way to utilize its remains. You can take any sausage - smoked or boiled. In addition to tomatoes and peppers, other vegetables are also suitable - pickles, olives.
STEP 2
Prepare all the toppings right away, as the pizza cooks very quickly. Wash the tomato in running water, dry and cut into small cubes.
STEP 3
Wash the pepper in running water, dry it, remove the core with seeds, and cut the pulp into cubes.
STEP 4
Cut the sausage in the same way.
STEP 5
Cut the pita bread into thin strips with kitchen scissors or a knife.
STEP 6
Beat the eggs into a bowl, pour milk into them. Salt and pepper them. Using a fork, beat the mixture until smooth. Wash the eggs first using food detergent to remove any dirt from them.
STEP 7
Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
STEP 8
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, mine is Ø24cm. It would be better if it had a non-stick surface. Grease the pan with vegetable oil. Lay out the pieces of pita bread. STEP 9
Then place the filling on the dry pita bread - tomatoes, peppers and sausage.
STEP 10
Fill it all with the egg-milk mixture. And sprinkle grated cheese on top.
STEP 11
Cover the pan with a lid, reduce heat and cook the pizza for about 10 minutes. The cheese should melt and the bottom should brown.
STEP 12
Pizza with sausage, cheese and tomatoes is ready. You can sprinkle it with herbs. Serve the pizza to the table; it is well cut into pieces. Bon appetit!
