You can take any sausage - smoked or boiled. In addition to tomatoes and peppers, other vegetables are also suitable - pickles, olives.

    Prepare all the toppings right away, as the pizza cooks very quickly. Wash the tomato in running water, dry and cut into small cubes.

    Wash the pepper in running water, dry it, remove the core with seeds, and cut the pulp into cubes.

    Cut the sausage in the same way.

    Cut the pita bread into thin strips with kitchen scissors or a knife.

We really liked the pita pizza with sausage and cheese in a pan! It's so tasty and juicy! I made it for breakfast, it was enough for three people. I cut the pita bread into short ribbons with scissors. The sausage was replaced with delicious sausages. We don't like bell peppers on pizza, so we made do with a juicy tomato. I beat the milk and eggs with a regular fork as if for an omelette. Cooked with the lid on until the cheese melted, and also made sure that the egg was completely set. At first I turned the heat to medium, but the bottom began to brown quickly, so I turned it down to low. The pizza was easily cut with a regular knife. The mixture of pita bread and milk and egg mixture turned into a soft but strong cake. Great recipe! I recommend!
