Couscous with vegetables and chicken
A hearty dish with chicken fillet, sweet pepper and a pleasant aroma of cinnamon. A combination of cinnamon and bell pepper flavors. Ease of preparation.
Having seen a cereal with the unusual name “couscous” on a shelf in a store, I took it without hesitation, and then looked at it for six months and did not dare to cook it. The occasion was a birthday, when you want to treat your guests to something nontrivial.
The recipe was taken as a basis, written on a package of cereals, but, as always, modified to my own taste.
It was nice to hear guests praise the experimental dish, saying that they never thought they would eat cereal like this and it would be so delicious!

Couscous is very common in France; it is often served unsweetened, with raisins and pieces of chicken/bacon, and with vegetables (green peas, corn, carrots, bell peppers) and olive oil with spices. This is my favorite combination. But a purely vegetarian version of cooking is also delicious!! And most importantly - nutritious!!! And quickly) yes, couscous is a “relative” of semolina, from the “wheat family)) the French also often eat it cold, which is also delicious by the way!
