Since childhood, I remember how the unique aroma of fresh baked goods always hung in my mother’s kitchen. Every Sunday we cooked together, and that’s when I realized that food is not just fuel, but a way to unite loved ones. Traveling around the world, I admired the variety of cuisines: Italian pasta, Indian spices, Japanese sushi became my muses. My dream is to show that delicious dishes can be prepared easily and with love, and that any family feast can become a holiday. I hope my recipes will inspire you to create your own culinary masterpieces!

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Baking at Leith Academy.
