Sour cream pie with plums and sour cream

Delicate pie with plums and sour cream filling! There are a lot of pastries with plums in my collection, but there was no such pie. The relatives really liked the pie. They asked to bake again and again.

I was interested in the recipe. Unusual filling... We'll try it. Maria, I understand, there is 1 egg in the filling. plus can I add 1 more yolk?

Maria, I love these pies with filling, and then there’s this filling, it’s just a miracle - step No. 6 pleased me! I just want to drag this entire step off the monitor and onto my desk! Wouldn't 1 gram egg be enough? Thank you very much for the recipe!
