    Let's prepare all the ingredients

    Chop the garlic, mix with mustard, salt and pepper. Spread the resulting mixture onto the meat.

    Place the bay leaf on top so that there are no gaps left.

    Preheat the oven to maximum temperature (in a home oven it is usually 250 degrees, but it can be up to 300 degrees). Place the roast beef in the preheated oven. After 15 minutes, lower the temperature to 150 degrees and keep in the oven for another half hour.

    After the roast beef has cooled, remove the bay leaf, mustard and chop.

    Place in a glass baking tray and heat in the oven for 5 minutes before serving. Although it is delicious cold.
