Pea soup with raw smoked sausage

STEP 1

To prepare aromatic and satisfying pea soup, prepare the necessary products and the necessary spices.
STEP 2

Under running cold water, wash three hundred and fifty grams of peas soaked for three to five hours.
STEP 3

Place the peas in a three-liter saucepan, then pour one and a half liters of cold water into it.
STEP 4

Place the pan with peas on the stove and bring to a boil over high heat, then skim off the resulting foam.
STEP 5

Place one hundred to one hundred and fifty grams of raw smoked sausage with brisket, carrots cut into large rings into a pan and, switching the stove to medium temperature, continue preparing the dish.
STEP 6

After twenty-five minutes, add salt to the pan to taste and, after mixing all the ingredients, turn off the stove.
STEP 7

Add fifty grams of butter to the pan.
STEP 8

Add dried herbs to the pan to taste.
STEP 9

Also add a mixture of black and red peppers to the pan.
STEP 10

Grind all the ingredients well in a saucepan using a blender.
STEP 11

We prepared aromatic pea puree soup with a delicate consistency.
STEP 12

Pour the prepared puree soup into suitable plates and serve, adding herbs to taste.
