STEP 1

How to very simply and quickly prepare a classic okroshka with vegetables, chicken eggs and sausage with herbs on homemade kvass, which without any doubt will appeal to many and will pleasantly surprise you with its excellent taste? First of all, prepare the necessary products in approximately equal quantities and spices to prepare an inexpensive summer dish at home.
STEP 2

To prepare okroshka, cut three hundred grams of peeled potatoes into small random cubes, which you first boil in their skins without adding salt and place in a large bowl.
STEP 3

Cut one fairly large cucumber into a small random cube and place it in a bowl with potatoes.
STEP 4

Cut the boiled sausage from the total mass into small random cubes and place in a bowl with chopped vegetables.
STEP 5

Cut the raw smoked sausage from the total mass into small random cubes and place in a common bowl.
STEP 6

Take a fairly large amount of green onions, fresh parsley, dill, then chop very finely, chop and place the aromatic greens in a common bowl.
STEP 7

Take a coarse grater and grate four pre-boiled chicken eggs into a plate, which then place in a common bowl.

Take a fine grater and grate three hundred grams of pre-peeled Margelan radish into a plate, which in turn place in a common bowl.
