Pink salmon stuffed with vegetables in the oven
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Clean and prepare the fish for cooking.
STEP 2
In a mortar, carefully grind the coriander and dry herbs, add 1 tsp. salt.
STEP 3
Rub the fish with the resulting mixture on all sides, add black pepper.
STEP 4
While our fish absorbs all the spices, cut the onion into half rings.
STEP 5
Cut the lemon into half rings.
STEP 6
Place onion on foil.
STEP 7
Place a second layer of lemon.
STEP 8
We lay out our fish, which we fill generously with onions, lemon and parsley.
STEP 9
Cover the top evenly with onion and lemon.
STEP 10
Carefully wrap the foil and make several holes in the foil with a toothpick.
STEP 11
Place the fish in a convenient container and place in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, turn off the oven and leave our fish to simmer in it for another 10 minutes. Place lettuce leaves on a dish, on which we place the finished fish.
STEP 12
We decorate our dish with chopped tomatoes and bell peppers.
STEP 13
