  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make kefir pizza without yeast in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Pour kefir into a bowl and beat in a chicken egg. Add baking powder and a pinch of salt to improve the taste of your future pizza.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Beat the mixture with a whisk or mixer at the lowest speed for two to three minutes until light bubbles form.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Add olive oil to the dough. Sift wheat flour through a sieve. This is necessary so that it is enriched with oxygen. This will make the finished dough more tender. You may need a little more or a little less flour than the specified amount, so add flour to the egg-kefir mixture in parts.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Knead elastic dough. At first it is convenient to do this with a tablespoon, and then, when the dough acquires a denser consistency, it is convenient to knead it with your hands. Shape the dough into a ball, cover with a towel or napkin and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes to rest. During this time, the gluten in the flour will swell, and the dough will become softer and more elastic.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

After 20 minutes, roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a round layer no more than three millimeters thick. I roll out the dough directly on a special non-stick baking sheet. Now it will be convenient to transfer the base to a baking sheet. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Grease the base with a small amount of tomato sauce. I have homemade tomato sauce, which I specially prepare for pizza. But regular ketchup will do.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Cut the sausage into thin slices. Wash the sweet bell pepper, remove its seeds and finely chop. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut into rings. Distribute all prepared ingredients onto the base. The order does not affect the taste. But it seemed to me that it would be beautiful in this order: onions, sausage, tomatoes and bell peppers.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. I used Tilsiter. Spread the cheese evenly over the remaining ingredients. In fact, you don’t have to skimp on the cheese and even add a double portion. This will only make the pizza tastier. Bake the pizza in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. The exact time depends on the features of your oven. The cheese should melt and brown well. Bon appetit!

The recipe for “pizza with kefir without yeast in the oven” helped out with its speed and simplicity of preparation. The kefir dough turned out to be watery; neither an additional spoonful of flour nor “rest” helped it. Knowing the characteristics of my flour (now I don’t have the best quality), I was in no hurry to beat the dough with it, but put it on a baking mat and leveled it first with a spoon and then with my hand dipped in cold water (I took the author’s advice and formed a thinner crust) . First I baked the crust without filling. Then, without removing it from the baking sheet, I greased it with tomato sauce (2 tablespoons of tomato paste plus 1 tablespoon of unsweetened classic yogurt) and laid the filling on top (“I made it from what I had”). It turned out great. A good way to quickly prepare delicious pizza!

I decided to please my family and cook our favorite among many dishes - pizza. I don’t really like using yeast in making dough or spending too much time preparing it, so this recipe immediately caught my attention. It wasn’t until the first try that the dough wanted to take on the desired consistency, but I’m not one of those who give up so easily: I gradually added flour using a tablespoon for better modeling. I tried to simplify the filling as much as possible (since not all family members like peppers or onions in pizza), but the taste did not suffer from this. I really hope that the second photo managed to transfer the magical New Year's atmosphere!
