How we love delicious homemade pizza. I saw a recipe for “pizza with salami and mozzarella cheese” and took it as a basis. I prepared the dough as described in the recipe and left it in a warm place for an hour. I didn’t add olives because we don’t like them; instead I added some corn kernels. Mozzarella cheese was replaced with hard Dutch cheese. I took salami, bell pepper and added onions of my own. I made the sauce based on tomato paste with the addition of Italian herbs and nutmeg, it turned out incredibly flavorful. I rolled out the dough thinly, brushed it with sauce, spread out the filling and sprinkled Italian herbs on top. Sprinkled with grated cheese and baked in the oven for 15 minutes. The magical pizza flew off the table in an instant, I barely had time to take a photo) amazingly tasty and aromatic! The most delicious pizza is freshly prepared, so I cook it just before serving. The filling is excellent even without olives, it turned out very satisfying. Bell peppers add zest, tomatoes add juiciness, and salami naturally adds a piquant taste. But the dough is unsurpassed.
