Thanks to this, it will be saturated with oxygen, and the finished dough will turn out more tender. Add salt, sugar, dry instant yeast and olive oil. If you have active or fresh yeast, then you must first dilute it in warm water so that it is activated.

    Pour warm water into the flour (it should be warm, but not scalding, otherwise the yeast will die) and knead the dough. It’s convenient to work with a spoon first, and then knead with your hands. If the dough sticks too much to your hands, then add a little more flour; if, on the contrary, it is too stiff, then pour in a little more warm water. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes.

    Form the dough into a ball, cover the bowl with a towel to allow the dough to breathe, and leave in a warm place for half an hour until the dough rises. I always do this: I heat a glass of water in the microwave for one minute. I remove it and leave the covered bowl of dough inside the microwave. This scheme has never let me down yet.

I love it when pizza has thick dough, so when I decided to make pizza with ham, mushrooms and cheese, I immediately doubled the amount of ingredients for the dough; it’s good that this can be done right on the website. The dough turned out soft and elastic. Instead of olive oil, I used regular sunflower oil. It took me about an hour for the dough to rise. I changed the filling a little, adding sliced ​​smoked ham, olives and tomato to the pizza. The sauce was made from mayonnaise mixed with homemade tomato. All this was well sprinkled with cheese grated on a fine grater. It turned out very tasty! The dough is fluffy, soft and juicy sauce... In general, I liked everything about this pizza!
