  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make pizza with yeast-free dough? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. First knead the dough. How to make the dough? Beat a chicken egg into a deep bowl. Before doing this, be sure to wash the egg well with baking soda or detergent. Pour in vegetable oil and milk. You can take milk of any fat content, I have 3.2%. Add salt and mix the ingredients with a whisk or mixer until smooth.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Sift the flour. Add half the specified amount of flour. Stir the mixture and begin to gradually add the remaining flour, kneading the dough. When it becomes difficult to mix with a spoon, turn the dough out onto a floured work surface and continue kneading with your hands.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

The dough should be smooth, elastic, slightly sticky to your hands. Place it back in the bowl, cover the top with a towel and leave on the counter for 15 minutes. While the dough is resting, prepare the ingredients for the filling. This pizza can be baked with absolutely any filling. I chose boiled sausage, pickled mushrooms, onions and cheese for the filling. Cut the sausage and mushrooms into any pieces you like, the onion into thin rings, grate the cheese.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Then roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a thin layer the size of a baking sheet or pizza pan. Grease the bottom of the pan with a small amount of vegetable oil or cover with parchment. Place the dough piece in a mold or on a baking sheet. If you wish, you can make low sides.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Brush the top of the dough with a mixture of tomato sauce and mayonnaise. Instead of sauce, you can use ketchup or tomato paste. I used homemade tomato sauce, so I didn't add fresh tomatoes later.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Place sliced onions on the dough; the pizza will turn out brighter and more colorful if you use purple onions. The use of other vegetables will also add color and taste: tomatoes, bell peppers, but you need to take into account that they will also add more moisture, so if you use them, you will need to increase the baking time in the oven.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Next, add the chopped boiled sausage. You can also use another type of sausage: smoked, half-smoked or sausage. As a spicy addition, I put pickled wild mushrooms (white), you can take fried or salted mushrooms, olives or finely chopped pickled cucumber are also suitable.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Sprinkle the top of the pizza with finely grated cheese. The cheese can be any kind, hard or soft, such as mozzarella. The main thing is that it does not contain dairy fat substitutes and is tasty. Place the pizza in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. I give approximate times, be guided by the operation of your oven, the thickness of the rolled out dough and the filling used. Remove the finished pizza from the oven and serve immediately. Bon appetit!

I made pizza with yeast-free dough for breakfast. I used 250 grams of flour (high grade). I took the egg category C1, milk with a fat content of 4 percent. My dough “rested” for about 25 minutes. It turned out elastic, tender, soft. The base of this dough is very easy to make. My pizza came out with a diameter of approximately 26 cm. Instead of tomato sauce, I used ketchup. I added sausage, onions and pickled cucumber to the filling and sprinkled everything with grated hard cheese. The pizza was baked in my oven for 15 minutes. The whole family liked the pizza. The base was baked perfectly and turned out dense, but soft. I usually make pizza with yeast dough, but I also really liked this option. I'll take note of it. Thank you very much for the recipe!

The recipe is easy, pizza made with yeast-free dough turns out excellent. There is quite a lot of filling, the tomatoes make the pizza juicy, the thin dough under the filling is well baked and remains soft. A very good recipe for both a large feast and for gatherings with friends. This pizza can be prepared on the go; it is delicious even when cold - a good alternative to sandwiches. Thanks for the recipe!
