How to make pizza with sausages and cheese in the oven? Start cooking by kneading the dough - it will need to stand. Prepare food for him. This recipe is made with instant yeast. For other types, the kneading method will be different. Instead of olive oil, you can use any vegetable oil.
STEP 2
How to make pizza dough? Take a bowl and sift the flour into it. By doing this you will not only remove possible debris, but also saturate it with oxygen, which will make the baked goods more fluffy and tastier.

Add sugar, salt and dry yeast to the flour. Mix dry ingredients well.
STEP 4
Heat the water in the microwave (or on the stove) until warm. Not hot, but warm - high temperature will kill living organisms, such as yeast. The optimal temperature for activating yeast is 37-38 degrees. Pour oil into the water.
STEP 5
Pour the water and oil into the flour while stirring it with a fork. Knead the dough. If necessary, add flour (if the dough is too sticky) or water (if the dough is dry). The dough should become homogeneous, elastic, and stop sticking to your hands. Collect it into a ball. Cover the bowl with a napkin and leave for 45 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Prepare food for her. You can use ready-made tomato sauce or make your own. Instead of sausages, any sausage, boiled or smoked, will do. Also take any cheese that is available.

Cut the sausages into thin pieces.

If you have olives with pits, remove them (it’s convenient to do this with the bottom of a glass). Cut the pitted olives in half.

After the allotted time, the dough will rise and double in volume.

Take a baking sheet (or any other suitable form), grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil. Using your hands, stretch the dough into a circle and place it on a baking sheet. From this amount of dough I got a pizza with a diameter of 30 cm. To make the base thick, leave it to stand like this for 10-15 minutes. For thin dough, continue cooking.
STEP 12
Spread tomato sauce on the dough. I have homemade one, it has onions, garlic and Italian herbs.
STEP 13
Place chopped tomatoes and olives on the dough.
STEP 14
Add chopped sausages. Drizzle the pizza with olive oil. Grate cheese on top. You can also add onions, garlic, and herbs to the filling. I have it all in the sauce.
STEP 15
Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200°C. Check readiness by lifting the dough - it should brown.
STEP 16
Serve the pizza hot, cut into slices. Bon appetit!
