STEP 1
How to make sausages in yeast dough in the oven? As easy as pie! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Take premium flour. Butter should be at room temperature, so remove it from the refrigerator in advance.

Pour warm milk heated to 40°C into a bowl. Add sugar, salt and yeast. Mix everything. Yeast that is suitable is either one that is immediately poured into flour, or one that needs to be diluted in a warm liquid.

Add the egg and stir.

Sift the flour and knead the dough. It will stick to your hands a lot.

In the process, add soft butter and continue kneading into a homogeneous dough. It should be soft and not stick to your hands. Add a little more flour if necessary.

Form the dough into a ball and place in a bowl.

Cover the bowl with a towel and leave the dough warm for 1 hour to rise.

Prepare the filling. Clean the sausages from the factory film. I have milk sausages. You can use any sausages for the dish. But keep in mind that they can greatly affect the final taste of the dish. For example, if you take sausages with a pronounced smoked taste, then the whole dish will also have a slight smoked taste. If you want a neutral flavor, use regular sausages, such as milk or butter.
STEP 9
Place the risen yeast dough on a floured table and roll out into a rectangle. Using a knife, cut the dough into 10 long strips approximately 2-3 cm wide. The number of strips should be equal to the number of sausages. I only had 9 sausages in the package, but there is enough dough for 10.

Wrap each sausage with a strip of dough.

Prepare the ingredients for greasing.

Combine the egg yolk with milk and stir until smooth.

Place the sausages in the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment and brush with egg yolk and milk using a brush. Bake the sausages in the dough for 15-20 minutes at 190°C until golden brown. To make the dough softer and not dry out, you can place a baking sheet with water on the bottom of the oven. Bon appetit!
