Chop everything for the filling.
STEP 2

The shape is arbitrary, cubes will also work.
STEP 3

You can simply grate the carrots.
STEP 4

Chop the greens. Peel the boiled eggs.
STEP 5

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add onion. Fry quickly over high heat.
STEP 6

After a minute, add carrots and fry them with onions.

STEP 10

Break the eggs, add sugar and salt, mix.
STEP 11

Mix flour with soda. Add kefir and all the flour and knead into a smooth, homogeneous dough.
STEP 12

Add melted butter to the finished dough.
STEP 13

Pour two thirds of the dough into a mold or frying pan.
STEP 14

Carefully place the filling into the dough.
STEP 15

Pour the remaining dough on top and smooth it out carefully.
STEP 16

Place the pie in the oven for about 40 minutes (180° degrees). Grease the finished pie with butter.
STEP 17

Carefully remove from the mold.
STEP 18

Bon appetit.
