For the filling, I took young, juicy cabbage, added a little parsley to it, chopped it, salted it, and mashed it a little to make the cabbage more tender and soft. Then I prepared the dough. To do this, I beat the eggs with salt and sugar, then added sour cream and water, which I took instead of milk. Gradually added the dry ingredients - flour and baking powder. Mix each portion of flour thoroughly to break up all the lumps. The dough turned out thick and smooth. I spooned it onto the pan, trying to cover the entire bottom. Next I put the filling. Place the remaining dough on it. Covering the frying pan with a lid, put it on low heat. After frying one side of the pie, I turned it over and saw such beauty! The pie crust turned out golden brown and smooth. Very tasty! I could barely wait for the other side of the pie to arrive to try it. It turned out very tasty!
