Lavash roll appetizer
A few tricks to make lavash roll recipes live up to expectations: - Grind solid foods, especially vegetables, as finely as possible - this will allow the roll to curl more tightly. Conversely, large pieces of ham, as for a sandwich, large slices of tomato, as for a salad, will greatly complicate this task. - Pour the sauce only onto the laid out layer of products, and not onto the pancake - the impregnation will be more uniform. - All components must be cooled; hot products will cause the thin sheet to tear during folding. - Distribute the filling evenly, without overloading the center, leave the edges a couple of centimeters free. - The roll will keep its shape best if you add a “gluing” ingredient: hard or processed cheese, a raw egg, and bake for a few minutes in the oven. If you plan to serve the dish cold, then you should get some cling film. Wrap the finished roll tightly in cellophane, then it will be easier to cut into portioned circles.
