    Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. The cheese can be anything. The main thing is that it is tasty, fresh and aromatic. I have an ordinary Russian one. In our family, it is customary to make several types of lavash rolls for the holiday table. One of the “adult” options was a lavash roll with garlic and cheese. This is a truly spicy, aromatic and delicious snack! I used lavash in the form of a long roll, it is convenient to roll it up. For the filling, grate eggs and hard cheese on a medium grater. From the greenery I added finely chopped dill. And I took three large cloves of garlic and squeezed them through a press. I added enough mayonnaise so that the mass could be easily spread on a sheet of lavash, but not too liquid. I wrapped the finished “roll” in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for three hours. The roll cuts perfectly into pieces, holds its shape, and does not become soft. It tasted both tender and piquant. Perfect for garlic lovers!
