STEP 1
How to make a lavash roll with minced meat in the oven? Prepare the necessary products. You can use any minced meat (pork, beef, chicken). I have a mixed one (pork and beef).
STEP 2
Peel the onion, wash it, chop it on a fine grater.
STEP 3
Combine the minced meat with one egg and prepared onion. Salt, add black ground pepper, mix well. Spices can be taken as desired and to taste.
STEP 4
Beat the second egg in a small bowl with a fork until smooth.
STEP 5
Brush the lavash sheet with beaten egg using a pastry brush. My lavash size is 40*50 cm.
STEP 6
Cover with a second sheet of pita bread so that the roll is stronger and does not become soggy from the juiciness of the filling during baking. Also brush the second sheet of pita bread with egg. This needs to be done quickly, as the edges of the pita bread dry out quickly.
STEP 7
Spread the minced meat evenly on the surface of the pita bread.
STEP 8
Roll the pita bread lengthwise into a tight roll.
STEP 9
Cut the roll crosswise into 2 parts and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment. You can bake the roll in a baking dish. Brush the top of the roll with beaten egg.
STEP 10
Bake the roll in an oven preheated to 180C for 25 minutes. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, I brushed the roll with egg again to make the crust more golden brown.
STEP 11
Cut the finished lavash roll with minced meat into pieces and serve. Bon appetit!
