Today I baked a pita roll with minced meat in the oven. It's easy to do. I took minced pork. At the last moment I decided not to add an egg to it, but only finely chopped onion and salt. I didn’t even want to put spices. It baked for about 40 minutes. As recommended, I brushed it with beaten egg twice. And as a result, the roll had a super appetizing, golden brown crust!!!
