    Hard-boil the eggs first. How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change. Cool and peel the eggs, then grate them on a coarse grater.

    You can grate crab sticks or grind them in a blender. To make this more convenient, rub them not completely defrosted.

We really liked the pita roll with crab sticks, cheese and egg according to this recipe. It is so tender, tasty, soft and at the same time holds its shape wonderfully! I made the roll from rectangular lavash, it’s very convenient. I replaced the cream cheese with processed cheese with the addition of mushrooms. I grated hard cheese and eggs on a medium grater for a more uniform consistency. I excluded dill because this roll was intended for children who do not like greens. I like to lay out the filling in layers like this, the process itself is fascinating). Excellent recipe, very tasty roll. I recommend to everyone!
