STEP 1

How to make a lavash roll with pink salmon? This snack dish is very simple to prepare; it does not require pre-boiling anything. Wash and chop the greens. Wash the cucumbers and cut into strips.
STEP 2

Mix processed cheese with chopped herbs. You can take classic processed cheese, without additives, or take cheese with some flavor. In this regard, you can safely experiment.
STEP 3

Wash and peel the bell peppers. I used red, but you can take peppers of other colors or use a multi-colored mix.
STEP 4

Cut it into strips.

Brush thin pita bread with mixture
STEP 6

I took pink salmon in a can, already chopped.
STEP 7

On top of the spread, place cucumber and pink salmon in layers at the very edge, as shown in the photo.
STEP 8

Make one turn. Now add bell pepper, pink salmon, and turn again.
STEP 9

Continue alternating layers. Then wrap the lavash roll in cellophane and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
STEP 10

When the finished pita bread is thoroughly soaked, cut into portions - mini-rolls. Our appetizer dish is ready to serve!
