Lavash roll with pink salmon

For a snack, I chose a recipe for making lavash roll with pink salmon. I had home-salted salmon trimmings, which I used instead of pink salmon. I added green onions and dill to the processed cheese. She spread a sheet of lavash with melted cheese and placed long slices of cucumber, bell pepper, and pieces of fish on it. I rolled it up, wrapped it tightly in plastic and put it in the refrigerator. When serving, I cut the roll into portions with a sharp knife and placed it on a plate with lettuce leaves. Very appetizing and tasty! Thanks to the author for the recipe!

Beautiful, fast, tasty. Lavash is generally good for such dishes. Sauce or mayonnaise softens it and makes it tender. The combination of fish with cheese and cucumber is, of course, very tasty, but how will it affect the stomach? Will this be followed by a long session in a remote room?? :) Pepper adds color, you can alternate red and yellow.
