I usually make zucchini rolls with cheese and garlic at the beginning of summer, when vegetables are plentiful. But my husband found young zucchini at the market and immediately remembered summer, he wanted some tasty treats) This recipe was the first to catch my eye. I really like fried zucchini in egg batter; I could eat it without the filling. But for my husband I filled the “tongues” with a spicy filling. I replaced the hard cheese with processed cheese, and took more garlic. I also added mayonnaise, dill and paprika to the filling. Fresh sweet tomatoes perfectly complement this hot and spicy appetizer. Thanks to frying the zucchini in an egg, the appetizer also became filling, so it can be served as a dinner. This is delicious!
