It is better to take homemade mayonnaise or replace it with thick sour cream with mustard and spices.

    Cool pre-boiled chicken eggs and peel them. Rinse fresh dill under running cold water and dry thoroughly. Grate the eggs into a deep bowl, add finely chopped dill and a spoonful of mayonnaise. Mix the mixture thoroughly.

    In another bowl, mix grated cheese, pressed garlic cloves and mayonnaise. Mix the mixture thoroughly as well.

Everyone’s favorite snack) They’ve already come up with a lot of fillings and that’s great, you can prepare a new version every time. I chose this recipe. He “hooked” me with the way he laid out the cucumbers. I usually grate cucumbers or cut them into small cubes. And here are thin plates. I took a long cucumber and cut off the transparent slices with a vegetable peeler. By the way, I dried these slices with paper towels; the cucumber juice just dripped from them) I didn’t add fresh herbs, but sprinkled them with dry dill; I had it prepared from the summer, so it gives a fragrant smell and is pleasant in dishes. I decided to grease one of the pita breads with cream cheese instead of mayonnaise, so the taste became richer. I rolled the roll without any problems, but you shouldn’t remove it for soaking, you have to cut it right away, otherwise it will quickly get soggy from the mayonnaise and tear. It’s better to immediately cut into portions. The appetizer turned out delicious, spicy, and went away very quickly) Thanks for the recipe!

If you have at least one sheet of pita bread at home, you can always wrap it in even the most ordinary foods that you find in the refrigerator and the question is: what to snack on? will be solved quickly and easily))). This time I didn’t invent anything, I used the author’s recipe, especially since all the ingredients in it are from the “favorite” category and are available. I prepared two types of filling: with egg and with cheese. I put the filling on sheets of pita bread, added cucumbers thinly sliced ​​using a vegetable peeler, rolled the pita bread into a roll, wrapped it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator. It was not possible to keep the roll for an hour or two. Literally 15-20 minutes later I served it to the table. It seemed to me that this time was enough for the lavash sheets to become a little saturated with the filling, but not to become sour. Very tasty, satisfying, beautiful!
