STEP 1
How to make a lavash roll with chicken and mushrooms? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. You will need thin Armenian lavash. How to choose the right lavash? First of all, look at the manufacturing date on the packaging. Do not take expired baked goods. Fresh pita bread should have a pleasant smell. Look carefully to make sure there are no stains or signs of mold.
STEP 2
Wash the champignons, dry and cut into slices.
STEP 3
Wash the chicken fillet and dry. Salt and pepper. If you wish, you can sprinkle the fillet with other spices to taste. Wrap the fillet in foil and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes until done. You can replace baking in the oven with boiling or frying the chicken in a pan.
STEP 4
Disassemble the finished chicken into fibers.
STEP 5
Remove the wet core with seeds from the tomatoes and cut the pulp into strips. Choose tomatoes that are juicy but firm. Soft fruits do not hold their shape well; during the cutting and cooking process they will spread into a shapeless mass and spoil the appearance of the dish. You can replace tomatoes with bell peppers or boiled carrots.
STEP 6
Wash the cucumbers, dry and cut into thin slices or circles.
STEP 7
Cut the onion into small cubes. If you or your children don't like onions, you can omit them altogether.
STEP 8
Wash the dill and parsley, dry and finely chop. If you wish, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, such as cilantro, green onions, or use a mixture of different herbs.
STEP 9

STEP 10
Lubricate the pita bread with melted cheese. Distribute chicken fillet, fried mushrooms, tomatoes and pickled cucumbers on top. Sprinkle everything with chopped herbs. You can replace the processed cheese with any other one to suit your taste. If you choose hard cheeses, grate them. STEP 11
Roll the pita bread into a tight roll and wrap it in cling film. Place the roll in the refrigerator for 1 hour to soak.
STEP 12
Cut the chilled roll with chicken and mushrooms into portions and serve. Bon appetit!
