STEP 1

STEP 2
Pour cold water over the prepared eggs, let them cool, peel and finely chop with a knife or pass through an egg slicer.
STEP 3
Place the processed cheese in the freezer for 20-30 minutes until it hardens a little. Then it will be easier to grate it. You can grind the cheese using a blender.
STEP 4
Place the eggs and cheese in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and ground black pepper.
STEP 5
For juiciness, taste and special aroma, green onions and fresh herbs are added to the ingredients for this snack. Wash the onion, dry on paper towels and finely chop with a knife. Place the greens and onions in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
STEP 6
Season the filling with sour cream, sour cream and mayonnaise or mayonnaise only. If you use only mayonnaise as a dressing, then you don’t need to add salt, since mayonnaise is quite salty.

Mix all ingredients well.
