I grated it on a coarse grater and then squeezed it well. Usually I lay out the filling in layers, but here the filling is mixed in a bowl and then distributed over the pita bread. Interesting method) I did not wrap the finished roll in film for impregnation. Immediately cut into pieces. The roll turned out juicy, I was afraid that it would become soft. In the cutting, the pieces also had time to soak. A simple but tasty and tender snack!
