STEP 1

Let's prepare all the ingredients. You can take any meat - pork, beef, chicken, this time I took boiled-smoked pork. Processed cheese can be replaced with regular hard cheese. Let's start preparing the roll by preparing the filling. We remember the cheese with a fork, adding a little mayonnaise to it. If the cheese is not very soft, you can grate it on a fine grater.
STEP 2

Cut the smoked meat into small cubes. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil until tender, let the mushrooms cool. Chop the dill with a knife. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, season with mayonnaise and mix well - the filling is ready.
STEP 3

Place a sheet of lavash on a smooth, clean surface, distribute the filling over it and roll tightly into a roll. Place the roll in a bag or wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 2 – 3 hours.
STEP 4

Cut the finished roll into portions and place on a plate.
