Let's start preparing the roll by preparing the filling. We remember the cheese with a fork, adding a little mayonnaise to it. If the cheese is not very soft, you can grate it on a fine grater.

    Cut the smoked meat into small cubes. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil until tender, let the mushrooms cool. Chop the dill with a knife. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, season with mayonnaise and mix well - the filling is ready.
