STEP 1
How to make a lavash roll with saury? Prepare the products according to the list. Saury canned in oil. Fresh greens: spinach, parsley, dill
STEP 2
To prepare the filling: - eggs, boiled and cooled, peel and grate on a coarse grater.
STEP 3
Selected fresh herbs should be thoroughly washed, shaken or dried to remove excess moisture. I have a small bunch of spinach, and several sprigs of parsley and dill. Finely chop the clean, dried herbs.
STEP 4
To prepare the roll, you need to place two sheets of pita bread one on top of the other. Spread the sauce over the entire area of the pita bread. Sprinkle evenly with chopped fresh herbs, just short of the edges.
STEP 5
Next you need to lay out the filling, not reaching the edge of the pita bread. This can be done by laying out the filling in rows on the same side as the pita bread will be rolled up: grated cheese, canned saury and grated eggs. Or you can mix the filling and then put it on the pita bread.
STEP 6
Carefully roll the pita bread into a roll. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 - 50 minutes.
STEP 7
Cut the chilled lavash roll with a sharp knife into portioned pieces, 2 - 3 centimeters thick. This roll can be served as an appetizer to other dishes on the holiday table, or can be used as a healthy everyday snack.
