    Next you need to lay out the filling, not reaching the edge of the pita bread. This can be done by laying out the filling in rows on the same side as the pita bread will be rolled up: grated cheese, canned saury and grated eggs. Or you can mix the filling and then put it on the pita bread.

Lavash roll with saury is an excellent appetizer for the table, especially if you are expecting guests. It's simple and quick to prepare, and it turns out very tasty. Everyone liked this roll. I boiled the eggs, cooled them and grated them on a fine grater. I drained the liquid from the saury and mashed the canned food with a fork. Finely chopped the greens (I had dill), grated the cheese on a coarse grater. She smeared a sheet of lavash with mustard and sour cream and sprinkled with herbs. I laid out the filling in rows: eggs, cheese, saury, eggs. Rolled it up, wrapped it in foil and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. When serving, cut into portions. Very tasty combination of fillings. I tried laying them out in rows, but I still prefer it when all the filling is mixed. Next time I'll do exactly that! I was very pleased with the sauce, it adds flavor, but is not as high in calories as mayonnaise!
