    Pass the meat through a meat grinder along with onions, bread soaked in milk, add chopped garlic, salt and pepper. You can season our minced meat with your favorite meat seasonings.

    Peel the carrots and potatoes and boil until tender. Mash the potatoes, add salt, add butter and puree.

    Beat the carrots in a blender or grate them on a fine grater.

    Cut the mushrooms and onions into cubes and fry until golden brown.

    Knead the flour, water and egg into a stiff dough. Make ears, snout and tail.

    Brush our Vasily with beaten egg and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour. Our Vasily is ready!

Bravo to the author!!! I've made similar rolls with mushrooms, vegetables and mashed potatoes, but not in such a beautiful form! Your Vasenka is simply handsome!

original! I cooked this, only on the contrary the meat was covered with potatoes... I’ll definitely try it and this option is amazingly beautiful, I think it’s also delicious!!!!
