STEP 1
Preparing yeast dough. Beat eggs with sugar and salt in a deep bowl, add warm water, mix. Sift the flour, add dry yeast. Mix the yeast so that it does not touch the liquid. Knead the dough; it will be sticky. Add vegetable oil and knead. The dough will become less sticky. Form the dough into a ball, cover it with a napkin or cling film and let it rise in a warm place for an hour.

While the dough is rising, prepare the filling. Cut the bacon into small cubes.

We also cut the sausage into smaller cubes.

Peel and chop the onion.

Fry the sausage and bacon in a dry frying pan.

Add finely chopped onion and mix. Fry.

Wash the mushrooms and chop them finely.

Add mushrooms to the pan and fry while stirring.

Add eggs and sour cream to the cooled roast. If desired, you can add a little more sour cream to make the filling more tender.

Add washed and finely chopped greens.

Mix everything. The filling is ready.

Roll out the dough into a layer about 5 mm thick.

Using a plate, cut out circles with a diameter of about 15 centimeters. We collect the scraps of dough, knead them a little and use them again in the same way.

Place the dough flatbreads on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.

Place 1 tablespoon of ketchup on each flatbread and spread it in an even layer with a silicone brush.
STEP 16
Distribute the filling evenly over the entire surface of the cakes, leaving small sides.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
STEP 18
Sprinkle cheese on top of each flatbread.
STEP 19
Place the baking sheet in an oven heated to 200 degrees and bake the butter for about 20 minutes until fully cooked.
