    Finely chop the potatoes and boil in salted water until tender. Then drain the water and mash the potatoes. Add egg, butter. Add salt. Stir until smooth.

    Add flour and knead the dough. Place in a springform pan, making sides. Place in the freezer while the filling is prepared.

    Chop the onion and fry in a frying pan for a couple of minutes until golden brown. Cut the meat into small cubes, fry with onions, simmer under the lid for about 10 minutes, add salt and pepper. Add finely chopped tomato and eggplant. Simmer for another 3-5 minutes.

    Let's start with the sauce. Mix cream, milk and tomato paste. Add the egg and beat lightly with a whisk. Salt and pepper.

    Place the filling on the dough and pour in the sauce.
