Since childhood, the kitchen has been a magical place for me, where family and smells from different parts of the world come together. I remember how my grandmother taught me how to knead dough, and my mother laughed joyfully when I haphazardly mixed spices. These moments taught me that cooking is not just a process, but a way to convey love. I'm inspired by the aromas of South Asian street markets and morning treats in Italian cafes. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone. Inspiration can come from the simplest things, and everyone deserves culinary happiness on their plate.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Torrens University Australia.
