Turkey fillet with vegetables, mayonnaise and garlic in the oven

STEP 1

Prepare all ingredients.
STEP 2

Divide the turkey fillet into portions 1-1.5 cm thick. Cover the turkey with a bag to avoid excess dirt in the kitchen. Lightly beat with a hammer. Salt and pepper.
STEP 3

Roll in breadcrumbs on both sides.
STEP 4

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place the fillet and seal over high heat on both sides until light golden brown. This way the turkey will remain juicy inside.

Let's make the filling. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. I took Russian cheese, but you can use any cheese you like, the main thing is that it is hard.

and cut the bell pepper into small cubes.

Pass the garlic through a press or grate it on a fine grater.
STEP 9

Greens (you can take any at your discretion) for me it’s dill and cilantro, chop it finely with a knife.

Place vegetables and herbs in a deep bowl. Mix well.
STEP 11

Add half of the coarsely grated cheese, mustard and mayonnaise. And mix again. Be sure to try it, if the filling doesn’t seem very salty, add some salt. At this stage, you can preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
STEP 12

Place the turkey fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place a vegetable coat on top of each fillet piece.
STEP 13

Sprinkle generously with grated cheese on each piece. Bake the turkey fillet “under a fur coat” in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Always refer to your oven. The cheese should melt and brown.
