Bring to a boil again, pouring the broth over the meat. Cover the baking sheet well with foil and place in a preheated oven for 2-2.5 hours, sometimes pouring the broth 2-3 times.

    30 minutes before the meat is ready, fry the bacon with fat content in a ratio of 50/50 pink and white parts of the bacon. Add mushrooms and fry for another 5-7 minutes, until soft.

    Remove the finished ribs from the oven and transfer to a plate. Squeeze the garlic out of the skin and rub through a sieve. Strain the liquid and mix with grated garlic. If the sauce is too thin, simmer for 5-10 minutes after straining.
