Cookies in a slow cooker

STEP 1

Start by softening the butter in a convenient manner. But it’s better if you take it out of the refrigerator a couple of hours before this process. Now we’ll take a convenient vessel. Beat in one egg and add sugar.
STEP 2

We need to connect these two components. I successfully completed this task by picking up a whisk. If you don’t have it, don’t worry – you can achieve the same effect with a fork, i.e. homogeneity.
STEP 3

Place soft, but not melted butter in a bowl with the egg-sugar mixture.
STEP 4

Again, arm yourself with what you have on hand and mix the oil with the mixture you obtained before. See. what a pleasant crowd we have organized!
STEP 5

Then add quicklime soda and vanilla sugar. And then we'll sift the flour right here.
STEP 6

It's time to knead the dough. Using a spoon, carefully and gradually grab the flour and combine it with the mass.
STEP 7

The dough should be soft, but not stick to your hands. Having hidden the bun in a bag, we put it in the refrigerator for an hour so that the butter sets and it is easy for us to form the cookies.
STEP 8

After an hour, sprinkle the board with flour. Place the bun on the board. Roll out the layer to a thickness of 0.5-0.7 (no less!) cm and cut out cookies of any shape.
STEP 9

Place the cookies on the bottom of the multicooker bowl, greased with just a drop of vegetable oil. Bake in the “baking” mode for about 20 minutes. You can bake on both sides, but it turned out great for me.
STEP 10

I just sprinkled it with powdered sugar and couldn't wait for the coffee to boil.
