STEP 1
Prepare all the ingredients for the strudel.
STEP 2
In a saucepan, mix milk, sugar, semolina, starch, vanilla and put on fire. Let it boil. It is better to stir the mass, it thickens quickly. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
STEP 3
Mix the cottage cheese with the egg and add to the cooled pudding mass.
STEP 4
Add cranberries (you can soak them in cognac in advance).
STEP 5
Roll out the puff pastry and place the filling on it. Flatten with a spoon.
STEP 6
Carefully roll into a roll. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush the top of the roll with beaten egg or milk. Bake at 180-200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
