    Combine tomato paste and half the water, pour the resulting mixture into the roast. Add sugar, bay leaf, allspice and cloves. Close the multicooker and cook for 8 minutes. Then remove the spices that have already imparted their aroma to the dish. Add sausages.

    Now the second stage. Send the shredded cabbage to the vegetables and pour in the remaining 200 ml of water (if the cabbage is juicy, you may need less water at this stage or not at all). Turn on the multicooker to the “Stew” mode and leave for 30 minutes.

    Meanwhile, grind the garlic, black peppercorns and red hot pepper in a mortar.

I really liked the stewed cabbage with sausages in the slow cooker; the combination of spices included in it seemed especially harmonious - bay leaf, allspice, cloves. Garlic adds extra flavor and spice. After I placed the shredded cabbage in the slow cooker, I no longer added water, but immediately added salt. The young cabbage quickly released juice, which was enough to prepare the dish. I simmered for about 20 minutes - less than indicated in the recipe. But here everyone already knows the features of their technique and the desired result - I wanted the cabbage to remain firm. It turned out great, the whole family loved it!
