STEP 1
chop onions and tomatoes. Grate carrots and beets on a coarse grater
STEP 2
chop cabbage, potatoes and garlic
STEP 3
grease the bowl with oil, add the onion and set to fry for 15 minutes
STEP 4
add beets and carrots after 4 minutes. fry for another 4 minutes
STEP 5
add tomatoes, tomato paste and water, fry for another 2 minutes

add garlic, fry for another 5 minutes
